During his time at PepsiCo, Heath was responsible for delivering against yearly and quarterly sales and delivery targets, which helped him develop a strong sense of efficiency and attention to detail. He led a team of regional analysts, conducting weekly reviews to provide performance feedback.
Transitioning from the corporate space, Heath moved to the behavioral health field in 2019 to assist in opening a substance abuse outpatient facility in Dallas, Texas. Additionally, he was involved with preparing the facility for Joint Commission accreditation, serving as a facility point of contact, and being on-site for the initial survey. Heath’s experience in the behavioral health space continued to grow as he progressed to the role of Director of Operations.
