Heath comes to Arrow Consulting with a diverse corporate and behavioral health background. Having started his career at PepsiCo, he held multiple roles, ranging from sales to supply chain management, which have given him an in-depth understanding of large-scale KPIs and the ability to assemble historical data and build dashboards to present new models for sales and delivery go-to-market initiatives. During his time at PepsiCo, Heath was responsible for delivering against yearly and quarterly sales and delivery targets, which helped him develop a strong sense of efficiency and attention to detail. He led a team of regional analysts, conducting weekly reviews to provide performance feedback.
Transitioning from the corporate space, Heath moved to the behavioral health field in 2019 to assist in opening a substance abuse outpatient facility in Dallas, Texas. In the start-up, he played a role in developing the admissions and intake process, standardizing process and procedure, overseeing the drug testing process, and helping train employees on the EHR. Additionally, he was involved with preparing the facility for Joint Commission accreditation, serving as a facility point of contact, and being on-site for the initial survey. Heath’s experience in the behavioral health space continued to grow as he progressed to the role of Director of Operations. In this position, he oversaw facility compliance policy and procedures, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment while meeting standards for the State of Texas and the Joint Commission. Additionally, he assisted with hiring and onboarding new staff organization-wide, as well as maintaining employee files and annual employee training. Heath successfully bridges his corporate background with his experience in the behavioral health space to help Arrow Consulting extend its reach.
